The new Admission Cards will be collected by your child(ren)'s morning/1 st period teachers on Monday, January 26 th (the day we return to school following mid-winter break). Please DO NOT send back admission cards before that date. Also, please DO NOT submit any cards to the office.
Please be sure to fill out the Emergency Information on the back of the cards.
