The kindergarten children learned how water travels through the roots and up the plant to keep it healthy. They followed up with a celery experiment where the water with red dye actually traveled up the stem and into the leaves. Seeing that hands on made the lesson more meaningful to them.
PreK-D enjoyed their fruit salad at their Tu B'Shvat Seder.
