Bio:  Mrs. Gurkov attended Bais Rivka Seminary and Excelsior College where she earned her degrees in elementary and special education. She has New York State certification in elementary education. Mrs. Gurkov taught at the SInai Special Institute in Livingston, and has much  teaching experience in afterschool programs and camps.
