Bio: Esther Waldman is an Adelphi and Pace University alumnus with a dual Master’s degree and New York State certification in General and Special education (Grades 1-6). She has previously taught in self-contained classrooms, small groups and one-to-one settings in schools throughout New York City. Her experience in special education schools has taught her to use a variety of research-based programs to help teach every student. She believes that every student can learn if they are taught in a way that is tailored to their needs. Her mission at ASHAR is to ensure that her students gain the skills they need, in order to transition to their mainstream classes.
