Bio:  Flo is a SUNY Certified Fitness Specialist, ECA Certified Children's Fitness Specialist and an ECA  Certified Tabata Instructor. She worked for Camp Ramah as Director of the Gan, Camp Regesh and Rockland Country Day Camp/ Art Teacher. She joined the ASHAR faculty in 1992.  In addition running ASHAR's Phys. Ed. program Flo has worked on the Israeli Day Parade props and banners since 1988, paints scenery and makes costumes for the school's plays. She is also the 8th Grade Advocate, does fundraising for graduation and all things related to graduation, co chairs the Yearbook and coordinates the busses.  She  teaches specialty  populations in New Square and works  privately with teen girls and women.
