Bio:  Raised in Springfield, Mass., Rabbi C as he is affectionately  known, attended Yeshiva Torah VoDaas where he received Smicha. He taught in Philadelphia untill 1984 when he first came to ASHAR making him our most veteran teacher. He has a B.A from St Joseph University, and a Masters in special Ed from Lehman College. Among his many accomplishments is his record as the coach of our winning Torah Bowl teams.
