Dear Parents,

What an amazing way to end this unique school year!  We never imagined the school year coming to a close with the school building closed, however, we worked with the circumstances and brought excitement, fun and spirit to our last week of school!

On Monday, we had our last assembly of the school year where we celebrated all of the children’s summer birthdays and made birthday crowns during the assembly.  We had so much fun! Just look at all of the pictures below!

Please view the attached video and feel free to make a crown with us:

Your children also had the opportunity to visit the next grades’ Morahs over Zoom to prepare them for the transition into school next year, and finally, they had fun and exciting Zoom goodbye parties on Thursday.

However, the highlight of the entire week was our End of the Year Graduation/Drive Through!  It was amazing seeing all of the children’s smiley faces as they drove up to ASHAR!  We knew we missed your children terribly, but were overcome by just how emotional we became by seeing all of you! Please enjoy the pictures from this very special day!

Here are the videos that we played at the event for you to watch.  This copy includes goodbye remarks from Rabbi Jacobson and myself.  Please take the time to listen to our goodbye messages.

On behalf of myself and all of my teachers, I would like to thank you for entrusting us with your wonderful children this year.  We have watched them grow, mature and learn over the year and can't wait to welcome them back to school in September, IY"H. We would also like to thank you for the amazing end of year teacher gifts! The personalized gifts were so thoughtful and greatly appreciated by all!!

Have a wonderful, healthy and relaxing summer!  Please feel free to be in touch with me throughout the summer.  You can contact me at

Shabbat Shalom!

P.S. The Waterford Reading and Math Program will extend over the summer.  We will keep it up and running for all our PreK and Kindergarten students. In addition, the i-Ready Reading and Math Program will also continue for our First Graders through mid-August. Please take advantage of these educational and fun learning opportunities.
