ASHAR's Early Childhood program students had an interactive assembly to introduce the leap year and Adar Rishon. It all began as the children walked down the hallway and noticed the signs telling them to "leap" into the playroom where, much to their delight, they found lily pads on the floor.

As was fitting for Rosh Chodesh Adar, students learned how Hashem loves when we do mitzvos b'simcha and with a smile. They then reviewed several mitzvos, including making a kiddush Hashem, making brachos, and treating each other kindly, thus rebuilding of the Beis Hamikdash brick by brick.

Students then received a treat from Eretz Yisrael. Each class made a bracha as the other classes answred amen.
